In addition to the many programs and events that the Museum hosts, the Family Friendly Discovery Center is always available in the Museum for visitors to experience.

Presentations run from October through April each year at the Cox Performing Arts Center. Concerts include chamber orchestra, Violins de France, River City Brass Band and St. Petersburg Ballet. A community service for each presentation is pursued, either through workshops, master classes, clinics or complimentary student scholarship tickets. Season memberships are offered to include all presentations in one season or through individual concert tickets.

The 2,000 outdoor Tanner Amphitheater presents a series each season including symphony, bluegrass, country and jazz. Owned and operated by Dixie State College, the facility also features a conference center for classes, workshops and retreats. The venue hosts the annual Zion Jazz and Arts Festival in August.
