St. George Area Parade of Homes
Every February, the Southern Utah Home Builders Association hosts the Parade of Homes — a self-guided driving tour of newly built and custom homes spread across St. George and the surrounding Washington County communities.

- Format: self-guided; one ticket admits you to every home on the tour for the full run
- Where: homes from St. George to Washington, Hurricane, Ivins, and Santa Clara
