Kent Garrett has lived in St. George since 1969 and has worked as a Realtor here for over thirty years, selling everything from small homes to large investment properties.
His ties to the city run past real estate. Kent worked with the City of St. George on negotiating the land purchases behind the trail system the area uses today. He has served as president of civic clubs and of the Dixie College (now University) Booster Club, has volunteered for the St. George Marathon since its first running — directing the Starting Line Aid Station with his wife — and has run the race four times himself. He also coaches baseball at Dixie High School.
