Family-owned Chinese restaurant on Bluff Street, serving St. George since 1994 and one of the longest-running independent restaurants in the city.
The menu works the American-Chinese standards — General Tso's chicken, orange chicken, chow mein — as a sit-down dining room rather than a counter. Bluff Street has turned over heavily in the decades since it opened, which makes the restaurant one of the older survivors on the strip.

Surviving three decades on Bluff Street is a genuine distinction in a corridor that has been rebuilt around its tenants more than once. The American-Chinese repertoire the kitchen works from — General Tso's chicken, chow mein, orange chicken — is a cuisine in its own right, developed by Chinese immigrants in the United States rather than imported whole; General Tso's chicken was created in the 1950s by a Hunanese chef in Taiwan and reached American menus by way of New York.
