Jon Ence

Jon Ence works through Ence Bros Realty in St. George and is a co-owner of Ence Homes, one of the area's long-established homebuilders.

That combination is unusual and worth knowing: his background is in building as well as selling, which is a different perspective from an agent who has only ever handled resale — particularly relevant in a region where so much of the housing stock is recent construction.

He holds an M.B.A. from Southern Utah University and a B.S. from Utah Valley University.
