Deluxe Utah Real Estate was founded in 2023 by broker-owner Amie Larsen, with its Southern Utah office at 230 North 1680 East, Building E1 in St. George.
Larsen has been a full-time Realtor since 2004 and has sold more than 600 homes and over $100 million in property; she left an international brand to open her own firm so she could serve clients and agents from the Wasatch Front down to Washington County.
