The center of it all is the Little Valley Pickleball Complex on Horseman Park Drive: 33 lighted outdoor courts plus a championship court with real stadium seating. It is one of the largest complexes in Utah, and on a nice morning it is packed with everyone from first-timers to tournament players. There is shade, water, restrooms, and plenty of parking, which sounds boring until you have played somewhere without them.

The city runs learn-to-play classes, clinics, leagues, and open play for every level, so you do not need to know a soul to get a game. Show up to an open-play session, tell someone you are new, and you will be rotated into games within minutes. Pickleball people are relentlessly friendly about this.

St. George hosts a full calendar of tournaments and round-robins through the year, and the mild climate means the season basically never stops. Bring your paddle even on a golf trip; you will find a game.
