Fathom was founded in 2010 by Josh Harley as a cloud-based brokerage that charges its agents a flat fee per closing instead of taking a commission split, and it went public in 2020 as Fathom Holdings. Its Washington County agents work residential sales across St. George, Washington, Hurricane and the surrounding towns.

A national name in a local market

Washington County is a small market carrying an unusual number of national brands, because so much of its demand originates outside Utah.
