JMI Property Services is a commercial firm at 335 East St. George Boulevard, Suite 301, run by president Steven Jennings, and its roots in Washington County go back further than almost any brokerage here. The family business started in Las Vegas in the early 1930s and moved to St. George by the middle of that decade, working in sand, gravel and concrete before expanding into development. Today JMI handles engineering, construction, development and commercial property management, and the properties it built and manages include Sunset Corner, Mainstreet Plaza, Jennings Boulevard Center, Pineview Plaza and Commerce Park. Jennings is a licensed broker who also holds a general contractor's license.
