Silverstone Group

Silverstone Group is an independent St. George brokerage led by principal broker Brian Lewis, who has worked Southern Utah real estate for more than a decade and has held a broker's license for much of that time. Lewis's own practice centers on buying distressed property, rehabilitating it and reselling to retail buyers, which is a different specialty from the resale-and-referral model most local offices run on. The office handles residential sales across the St. George area.

Small roster, local ground

A firm with a handful of agents covers less territory than a large franchise but usually covers it more closely. Age-restricted communities

Several of the county's largest communities are age-restricted, which is a legal status rather than a marketing label: federal housing rules let a community require that at least one occupant of most homes be 55 or over, and the HOA enforces it. That affects who can inherit, who can move in with you and who you can eventually sell to.
