Living in Sienna Hills

Sienna Hills is one of the largest and newest master-planned communities in Washington, Utah, immediately adjacent to St. George. Spread across roughly 740 acres of residential, commercial, and open space south of I-15 off Washington Parkway (Exit 13), it began master planning around 1999 on former Utah Trust Lands and started building homes in 2005–2006. It is still actively building out today.
