SunRiver is the largest 55-plus active adult community in Utah, sitting just off I-15 exit 2 at the south end of St. George with around 2,200 homes built against a master plan of roughly 2,300, an 18-hole golf course and a 35,000-square-foot community center. A brokerage based on site deals almost entirely in age-restricted resale, which is a narrower and more specialized market than the county at large.
